I had ordered a specific length and they didn't have any in stock so the staff called and left me a message to let me know that they were out of stock and asked if I would like to wait or order the next size up or down. The staff was courteous and I appreciate the way they handled my order. These are the only jeans my husband wears and now they'll be the only ones I buy!
