I know running a business sometimes requires hiring people, and those people don't always have the dedication and attention to detail that a shareholder will have. A small problem in customer service doesn't change the great American made products.

Comment: Ordered on Tuesday. Got them on Friday. Ordered 36W x 31L (that's right, 31L. I didn't have to get them an inch too short or an inch too long.). I got what I ordered and they arrived sooner than I expected. Great Company. In their commercials they still remember that Christmas is a holiday celbrating the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and they aren't ashamed or afraid to say it. They have my business.

Comment: Purchase of my first pair of Diamond Gusset Jeans was motivated by an ad in a motorcycle magazine as I has been searching for something more comfortable than the traditional jeans I'd been wearing. The improved comfort I experienced led me to buy two more pair; not just for riding but for everyday use. I recently bought a pair of the new kevlar lined jeans which I have not yet worn for riding but which I expect to be as fully satisfied with as with my prior purchases. I've been recommending Diamond Gusset to many others as I'm convinced they have provided as much or even more comfort than the new saddle on my bike.

Comment: I think this is a great company. The question you did not ask was about the quality of the product, which would have been maybe a 4. This is because I ordered a pair of jeans in exactly the same size as I'd ordered previously and they were 2 inches longer in the waist. The other pair of jeans I ordered fit perfectly. I did not expect them to, so that was a bonus. I am confident that customer service will resolve this issue. I will definitely continue to patronize this merchant.
